My expertise is at the intersection of technology, law, and global policy.
I am Research Team Lead and Senior Analyst for the Technology and Infrastructure group at the Gartner Research Board. I lead a cross-functional team, author research, and facilitate in-person and virtual conversations among Chief Technology Officers from $10B+ global companies.
Most recently, I’ve written about Human-Centric Technology and Next-Generation Technology Leadership.
I hold a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in International and Comparative Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Lake Forest College.
I’ve worked at the World Bank, Digital Impact Alliance at the UN Foundation, IDB Invest, Baker McKenzie, and Resilience Force.
